Yes! It is encrypted at rest and only accessible when you log into the app.
Open the app and tap Settings. Then scroll down until you see the OptOut icon. Tapping 'Clear data and start over' deletes your account completely. We have no personally identifiable information about you so only you can delete your account from the app.
